Please note: These timelines are estimates and may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances.

If your order includes products with different delivery timelines, the entire order will be shipped together and delivered by the maximum estimated delivery date listed on the website.

Shipping Costs:

• Prepaid Orders: Enjoy a flat shipping rate of INR 80.
• Partial (COD) Orders: A non-refundable convenience fee of INR 100 applies.

Undelivered Orders:

• We’ll provide a tracking number via SMS to your registered phone number once your order ships. You can then track your order through our “Track Your Order” section on the website.
• Our courier partner will attempt delivery three times. If all attempts are unsuccessful, please contact Shiprocket through WhatsApp, SMS, or email. We will investigate the issue and ensure prompt redelivery.
• Please note that if you do not request a redelivery after the last failed attempt, you will be responsible for any additional courier charges associated with resending the order.
